Louisse founded LA Empire in 2020, beginning a new chapter shaped by courage, personal growth, and a desire to empower others.
Where it
all began.
Becoming a flight attendant was my dream job, and I was blessed to turn that dream into reality with Saudia Airlines in Saudi Arabia.
It gave me the opportunity to travel to different countries, explore new cultures, and experience a world beyond what I had once imagined. With a good salary, a career I loved, and the freedom to explore the world, I was living a life I was truly grateful for.
I thought this was the career I would pursue for years to come. I had worked hard to get there, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
But then, a global pandemic changed everything.
The career I worked so hard to achieve became the very career I could no longer return to. And just like that, I found myself back in the Philippines, facing a future I never planned for.
A new beginning
The journey before
the breakthrough.
When the pandemic changed my plans, I found myself back in the Philippines with no clear direction on what would come next. I had no background in business. My father was a seafarer, my mother was a housewife, and entrepreneurship was never something I grew up around.
But with my plans of returning to flying suddenly put on hold, I knew I had to find another way to earn. I started exploring online business, determined to learn something that could help me create an income without having to leave the country again.
Of course, it wasn’t an overnight success.
I had to learn everything from scratch — how to sell, promote products on social media, market to the right audience, run advertisements, and even conduct business presentations.
Skills I never imagined myself learning became part of my everyday life.
Instead of waiting until I felt ready, I chose to keep learning, improving, and showing up.
Eventually, I learned to enjoy the process itself.
And along the way, I began to realize something I had never considered before: the kind of income I once thought was only possible by working abroad could also be built right here in the Philippines.
When success
became a purpose.
Over six years of hard work, consistency, and learning, this business has helped me generate over ₱15 million in income and acquire my own car. But beyond these milestones, one of the biggest blessings it gave me was the freedom to choose a different future for myself.
As a former OFW in Saudi Arabia, I once believed that working abroad was one of the best ways to build a better life. Today, this business has allowed me to build my future here in the Philippines, without having to return to the life I once knew.
And somewhere along the way, my success became about more than just me.
I started helping others who were once in the same position I was in, searching for an opportunity to earn online and create a better future. From OFWs dreaming of coming home for good to employees, housewives, and fellow mothers looking for additional income, I found fulfillment in guiding them as they started their own business journeys.
Today, one of the most rewarding parts of what I do is coaching and mentoring others, sharing what I have learned, and watching them discover what they are capable of achieving.
Because for me, success becomes even more meaningful when the opportunities that changed your life can also open doors for others.
The people who matter most

meaningful success.
Growing up with a father who worked as a seafarer, I understood what it felt like to have a parent working far away. Although I knew he was doing it to provide for our family, I also grew up knowing how valuable a parent's presence can be.
Perhaps that's why, as a mother myself, one of the things I value most is being present in my children's lives.
Today, I'm grateful that I can raise my kids here in the Philippines, spend precious moments with them, and give them the time, care, and attention they deserve, while still being able to provide for my kids through my business.
Looking back, I realized that all the things I once worked hard for, the income, the achievements, and the freedom, were never the ultimate goal. They were simply the means to create the life I truly wanted.
And for me, that life means being there for my children, witnessing their milestones, creating memories with them, and never having to choose between being a provider and being a present mother.
At the end of the day, my greatest success isn't what I've earned. It's the moments I get to keep with the people who matter most.

As the founder of LA Empire, my mission goes beyond building a successful business. It’s about creating a meaningful impact on the lives of the people who choose to trust me and allowing me to be part of their journey.
I believe that true success is not just about how far you can go on your own, but how many people you can help rise with you. That’s why I am committed to guiding, mentoring, and teaching others the skills and mindset they need to build their own businesses and create more opportunities for themselves.
My ultimate goal is to help people build a life with options. A life where financial struggles no longer dictate every decision, where they have the freedom to spend time with the people they love, and where they can experience a deeper sense of security, fulfillment, and happiness.
More than helping people earn today, I want to teach them something they can carry for a lifetime. Something they can use to provide for their families, create opportunities for their children, and pass on to the generations that follow.
Because for me, the real legacy of LA Empire is not just the business we build, but the lives we change and the generations we empower along the way.
